Visitor Information

When You Arrive

Feel free to visit our central registration and information desk inside our main entry with any questions you may have.

  • Arrive for check in 15 minutes prior to apt time to allow enough time for registration.

  • Bring ID and insurance cards along to each visit.

  • Confirm your name, address, phone number and who you are seeing.

  • Bring your payment for the visit.

Visiting a Patient

Because families and caregivers play an important role in your health and recovery, encourage them to visit while you stay with us—they’re welcome any time. Check with our staff for visitor options that best fit your recovery plan.

Ask your nurse on how to prepare for your hospital stay at Hegg Health Center. When you’re ready to return home or when you need additional care, you benefit from our care coordination activities that connect you with in-home services, local facilities and community resources to support your recovery journey.

Outpatient Specialty Services

Meditation Room

Our Meditation Room is located just off the main lobby and is open 24 hours a day for those who need some quiet time for reflection or prayer.

Tobacco & Nicotine Free Facilities

For your health and well-being and for all our patients, tobacco and nicotine use is not permitted on the Hegg Health Center campus – referring to all buildings, grounds or parking lots.

Internet Access

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Hegg Health Center. This is a free service for patients and guests to enhance your visit.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are located near the ER entrance, just off the lobby and offer our visitors quick snacks and soft drink options, 24 hours a day.
