Caregiver - Home Health

Radiologic Technologist - Radiology

Part Time, 56hours/2wks, Day Shift, includes weekend and holidays rotation

The Radiologic Technologist is primarily responsible to perform radiographic examinations without assistance.  The technologist will perform the examinations ordered that require independent judgement in applying ionizing radiation.  The technologist shall adhere to the departments “Code of Practice” and the “Code of Ethics for Radiologic Technologist and standards set by Hegg Memorial Health Center.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of an approved program of Radiologic Technology; and/or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

  • Current valid registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or board eligibility required.
  • The technologist will posses an Iowa Permit to practice or be eligible.
