Meet Our New Nurse Practitioner, Brandon Hofland!
We’re excited to introduce Brandon Hofland, our newest Nurse Practitioner, who will be joining Hegg Health Center on April 15th.
Education & Experience
Brandon completed his medical education at Northwestern College and Morningside University and has a strong background in men’s health. He is also working on obtaining certification to perform DOT physicals.
Approach to Care
With a patient-centered and holistic approach, Brandon believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. His goal? To ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered in their health journey.
A Personal Connection to Healthcare
Inspired by his mother’s battle with leukemia and breast cancer, Brandon is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. His firsthand experience with both great and not-so-great care drives his commitment to making a positive impact on his patients.
Why Rock Valley?
Brandon was drawn to the strength and resilience of this community, especially after witnessing how Rock Valley came together during the recent flood. He’s eager to serve both in the clinic and emergency room and hopes to become a familiar face in the community.

✔ He loves hunting, fishing (including ice fishing), golfing, and cheering on the Hawkeyes.
✔ He gives everyone a nickname—so if you get one, consider yourself officially welcomed!
✔ He doesn’t have a gallbladder (long story, but feel free to ask him about it!)
