Day Shift, 7:30 am – 4:30pm
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for daily operations of the facility registration and scheduling areas. This includes patient account check-in, check-out, insurance verification, TOS (time of service) collections, and reception. The Patient Access Representative is also responsible for excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
