Physical activity is a cornerstone of a healthy life. Hegg Health Center’s wellness center, open to the public, emphasizes fitness, health, education, and prevention. Our facility is designed to make your workout experience as comfortable and seamless as possible.
We offer a variety of amenities, including locker rooms with showers and lockers, a multipurpose room for various workout classes, and an extensive range of equipment to support all your fitness goals. Our wellness manager and staff are highly educated and bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the community. A wellness staff member is always available to help you get started, answer any questions, and provide guidance to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 6:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Rates are variable based on class type and duration of class session. Group class offerings include: yoga, aquatic training, strength, cardio and more.
Payment Methods
- Memberships: the easiest and most economical method is to pay a one-time fee for the year. Automatic withdraw from checking or savings is also an option and requires an e-banking form at the front desk. Monthly memberships are also available.
- Classes: may be paid for at the front desk or via the MindBody App.
- Personal training: offered as single sessions or discounted packages. Guest passes: available for purchase singly or in a convenient punch card.
Billing Guidelines
All services must be paid in full, in advance. If you would like to freeze or change your membership, a written form is required at the Wellness Center front desk. Family membership participants must live in the same household.
