Our Lab department offers the following test to help identify health concerns and the most effective treatment for your specific situation. Among many available laboratory services, we provide:

Wellness Screening Options:

General Lipid Health Panel – $70.00 – Bundled testing which includes Lipid, CMP, CBC and TSH
Lipid Profile – $25.00 – Included Total Cholesterol, HDL (good Chol), Triglycerides, calculated LDL (bad Chol). This profile is to measure heart health for coronary disease.
Comprehensive Lab Profile – $20.00 – Glucose; BUN; Creatinine; Sodium; Potassium; Chloride; Albumin; Bilirubin, Calcium, Carbon Dioxide, Alkaline Phosphatase; Protein; ALT; AST. This is common profile for yearly physical to measure the function of body’s organs. Fasting-only if monitoring glucose or diabetic.
Complete Blood Count – $15.00 – White Blood Cells; Red Blood Cells; Hemoglobin; Hematocrit; Platelets; MCH; MCV; MCHC. This is common profile for yearly physicals and will measure the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood and for bone marrow production.
Thyroid Stimulation Hormone – $25.00 – Measures thyroid function.
Free T4 – $15.00 – Measures thyroid function.
Hemoglobin A1C – $20.00 – Gives you an average blood glucose level over the last 3 months. An elevated level suggests poor diabetes control.
Glucose – $10.00 – Screening for, diagnose, and monitor diabetes and pre-diabetes. *NOTE: There is a glucose in a Comprehensive Panel, do not do this test if you are doing a Comprehensive test as well.
PSA – $30.00 – Screening for male prostate cancer.
Lab Kit Draw – $28.00 – Specimen collection for patient provided lab kits.

Instructions for Wellness Screening

You should expect a simple blood draw for your wellness screening. Simply download and fill out the form (located at the top of this page as a link) with the selected options you wish to screen for. Present to the Hegg Medical Clinic front reception desk for check-in, and receive directions for Hegg Laboratory. Within minutes, a lab tech will greet you and take your quick blood draw. Your lab tech may inform you of expected turnaround time for your results; timing of test results may vary depending on the options you selected.
